The product, in the report: Description: Wild Lodge Lotion Pump Color: Brown Item # 048W004874685001P Model # KWLLB00

I was given a gorgeous bathroom set for a house warming gift from KMART to put in my children’s bathroom. The soap dispenser (sold as a lotion dispenser Item # 048W004874685001P Model # KWLLB00) had some dusty white particles in it when I got it so I rinsed it good with soap and water and put soap in it. I assumed it came from being put together and thought nothing else of it. On 11/21/2014- upon scrubbing my 4 yr olds hands that were covered in blue marker, I noticed it had an odd Smell. Before I had a chance to investigate the smell he started screaming, his hands started turning bright red and blotchy, and extremely painful. After attending to his hands I dumped the soap out to learn the inside of the bottle had an AWFUL smell and was still covered in white particles. I once again rinsed it and realized it was raw fiberglass and I had been scrubbing it into his hands. Please share as someone with bad allergies could have had a more severe reaction. If I would have used this product as a lotion pump as recommended our situation could have been much worse.
