The product, in the report: ISI Twist and Sparkle (Co2 charger for making carbonated beverages)
I was using a ISI Twist and Sparkle. The bottle was not at the expiration date nor was it damaged. The bottle exploded, the charger shot through a glass light fixture at which point glass and plastic flew at me, embedding shards in my skin. I had to pull the shard out and had a large bruise. The light was broken.
