  1. No one hurt

Made Nov 13, 2025, sent to the company Nov 19, 2025, published by CPSC Dec 11, 2025

The product, in the report: HOMiDEK Magnetic Whiteboard for Fridge, Small Refrigerator Magnet Dry Erase Board with 4 Markers & 1 Eraser, Reusable Blank White Board Sheet for Home, Office, School, Classroom Supplies - 8.5 x 11

I was using the marker that came along with the white board when the magnet piece came out of it. The first time I just popped it back in. It happened another time after that, and the third time my 2 year old found the small magnetic piece that is a clear choking hazard not only for her but also my baby and cats. No injuries occurred, as my 3 year old gave it to me asking what it is. The magnetic pieces on the markers constantly come out.
