The product, in the report: Light blue, plastic trays say at the bottom, “Good Cook,” “Stack 180,” and at the top says, “1/2 ounce cube.” Two trays per package.
Purchased plastic ice trays 10/10/26 from Safeway in [REDACTED] Oregon. While emptying ice cubes, product “exploded”, breaking into pieces including sharp splinters, which flew in every direction, and lacerating my left hand in the process.

First aid Made Aug 31, 2021, sent to the company Sep 3, 2021, published by CPSC Sep 20, 2021
The product, in the report: Good Cook Stainless Steel Measuring Cup 4 Piece Set. As the name suggests, it was a 4-piece set of silver, metal measuring cups containing the following measurements: 1/4 cup, 1/3 cup, 1/2 cup, and 1 cup. Model 19850 UPC 00076753198509
About a month ago I had purchased a set of metal measuring cups from a Neighborhood Walmart for the purpose of measuring out ingredients and pouring pre-measured sauce on my meals. On the day of the incident, I had filled one of the measuring cups with sour cream and seasoning to pour on top of my salmon. Afterward, I washed the measuring cup and felt something sharp go into my thumb. At first, I thought I had somehow received a splinter from the seasoning, but upon closer inspection I had noticed that the splinter was shiny and metallic, meaning it had chipped off the measuring cup. This could have easily gotten into my meal, or someone else’s had I been cooking for others, and caused oral and/or internal injuries. It should be noted that this was not the only issue I had experienced with the measuring cups, but the only one of hazard. Additionally, the measuring cups were clearly labeled incorrectly (I had two 1/4 cup measuring cups from the same 4-pc set) and the smaller of the two “1/4 cup” measuring cups had tears in it as if though someone had taken scissors and cut straight through.

First aid Made Jul 11, 2012, sent to the company Jul 19, 2012, published by CPSC Aug 2, 2012
The product, in the report: A metal strainer that extends a mesh rectangular bowl over the expanse of the sink. It has extendable arms. The strainer has two metal bars on the bottom of it that come into contact with the skin when washed. That is how I was cut. Model# 12486
I purchased a Good Cook kitchen strainer from Kroger grocery store in Nashville, Tennessee. On July 6th cut my hand on a Good Cook kitchen strainer purchased at Kroger’s. My finger is still red, bleeding, and irritated. I was injured when i washed the strainer by one of two metal bars on the bottom of the metal mesh strainer that were razor sharp. The cut is fairly deep. I reported the incident to the store as well to the corporate offices of Kroger. I have yet to have anyone follow up on the matter as far as contact goes. Any contact that has been made has been made by me. I also made contact with the company who manufactures the Good Cook kitchen strainer. Thus far I have only been contacted in order to provide my phone number and address. I have pictures of my injury. I have sent pictures of my injury to Kroger’s. The cut seems to be closing but still has puss. A label should warn of the sharp edges on the product if the product is to remain on the shelf. I would like to know that someone other than a customer service representative or a secretary has been made aware of my injury and the product’s defect.
