The product, in the report: Red silicone whisk, 12” long including handle, purchased from Kohls or Target.
Using a red silicone Food Network whisk, a bolt connecting the whisk handle came off and fell unseen into the food in the bowl. The bolt is small, about 1/8in in diameter and 1in long. It was not discovered until we were eating and could have easily been put into the mouth.

First aid Made Dec 25, 2015, sent to the company Jan 5, 2016, published by CPSC Jan 20, 2016
The product, in the report: 5 piece measuring cup set
I went to use the measuring cups and first had to remove the clasp that keeps them together. As I pulled to open it, one of the ends slashed into my finger and cut it deep about 3/4”. My whole family was here for the holiday and after inspecting the end all believed it was unpolished and scary sharp.
