The product, in the report: Product name: ELECTRONIC FLY SWATTER Color: Yellow with black handle Size: Roughly the size of a tennis racket

Long story short, I got shocked and fell. I purchased an electronic fly swatter from Harbor Freight and when you release the button the electronic current is still active. I was swatting some flies in my room and when I was done, I released the button (which is what the instructions stated to do) and it shocked the back of my ear which frightened me and I stumbled and fell down the stairs to my room. I would not consider the shock to the ear an injury but the fall definitely messed my shoulder, neck, and back up. I even checked the product after and it is definitely a default in the product.
