  1. First aid

Made Sep 3, 2016, sent to the company Sep 13, 2016, published by CPSC Sep 27, 2016

The product, in the report: 3” x 0.5” x 0.5” Neodymium bar magnet.

During installation into a wood piece I was making, while sitting still, the neodymium bar magnets purchased at Amazon, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0181LX5Q0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1, where breaking and shattering at random intervals sending small parts with sharp points, sharp edges, and very strong magnetic forces all over the room. These pieces were the since of small neodymium spheres, except they were covered in sharp points and edges. While picking them up, the sharp edges and sharp points gave me lots of deep scratches and scraps and removing all magnetic splinters was difficult due to the strength of the magnets.
