The product, in the report: 80 ltr Dheydrator Cabale’s Brand

We used this Dehydrator several time during each Christmas season to make Christmas Beef jerky This year we had it catch on fire and do some damage to our garage, thankful I was in the area to catch and put out or our home could have burned down and possibly killed people. I checked and saw this recall and called Cababe’s who said it was too old to do anything about...???? But they did say they would send a $100 Gift Cert ( not enough due to the possibility of destroying my home).

In my conversation with them (Call center) they saw where I purchased it from them, and they knew it had a recall but at no time did they notify me and alert me to this problem, they had my address, email and knew but fails to protect me

The recall says to replace or refund which they did neither... they took the chance with our lives nothing would happen and it would go away.
