The product, in the report: Amazon Basics Kids Velvet, Non-Slip Clothes Hangers, Gray - Pack of 50
After hearing of other people who found lead in their Amazon basics kids hangers, I decided to test mine. Using lead test swabs I randomly tested 5 hangers from my children’s closets. 2 tested positive for lead. Over the last 3 years I have purchased 5 packages of these hangers. I do not know if the lead hangers came from the older or more recent orders.

The product, in the report: Velvet baby hangers that come in a variety of different colors and styles. Used for newborn baby and toddler clothing.
Baby hangers have LEAD in them. I purchased baby hangers last year for my baby and am having another so I went on Amazon to order again. I saw reviews stating they tested positive for lead. I bought a lead testing kit and sure enough it came back positive for lead. They are baby and children hangers and they should know better. It is a number one best seller. I called Amazon and they told me the product would be taken down and it has not!
