  1. No one hurt

Made Mar 5, 2019, sent to the company Apr 5, 2019, published by CPSC Apr 19, 2019

The product, in the report: Disney dish set that includes flat plate, bowl, cup, spoon and fork. Pictures attached. The is no manufacturer info on product and do not have the packaging. Embossed on the back of the plate is the “Disney” name and microwave and dishwasher warnings and MADE IN CHINA The item was purchased in Marshall’s department store and not an official Disney store. I could not find this item on the Disney store web site. Two fork teeth broke off as my granddaughter placed the fork in her mouth to feed herself. Of course, her father was watching her and removed the broken fork teeth and avoid an injury. She has been feeding herself with baby type utensils for a couple of months now

The product is a baby dinnerware set containing flat plate, bowl, cup, spoon and fork. This is not a toy. It is meant for eating. The fork has 4 teeth and two of them broke upon my granddaughter placing it in her mouth (for the purpose of eating). Her father was watching her and sensed something wrong so he had her spit out food. He then found the broken fork teeth. Fortunately injury was avoided by his quick response. As I examine this product, it seems that the material is very brittle. I do not have the original packaging and the only info is embossed on back of the plate and bowl - dishwasher and microwave. The Disney name appears and also ’ MADE IN CHINA” We called the Disney store and they claim that many of their products are made by third party so I can not track any further.
