The product, in the report: A silicon infant spoon with an easy to grab handle for child
We had our 7mo old son in the high chair with the infant spoon on his tray made by SAMiGO brand on Amazon seen here: https://a.co/d/00R3qW0p . He was fumbling around with it eating mashed potatoes when he flipped the spoon around so fast and put the handle on his mouth. The handle instantly plugged his throat with the round ball shape. As he was choking he started to throw up after which we were finally able to pull it out of his mouth. This is a huge suffocation risk. Yes he was being supervised when this occurred, needless to say it was extremely scary and stressful. There were no lasting injuries.
