The product, in the report: The green and orange spoons from the summer Rainbow color selection of PrimaStella Chew spoons listed on Amazon as PrimaStella Silicone Chew Spoon Set for Babies and Toddlers | Safety Tested | BPA Free | Microwave, Dishwasher and Freezer Safe (Summer Rainbow Chew Spoon)

My 10 month old daughter was using PrimaStella Silicone spoons that we purchased six weeks ago . We had used them for normal baby feeding, no extreme or abnormal use. I found the green spoon in two pieces after my 10 month old daughter dropped it. As I examined it, it crumbled into a third piece. I initially assumed it was a fluke until two days later, she dropped the orange one and it was torn and missing a piece. Another piece tore off easily while I was inspecting it. I still have not found the missing piece from the orange spoon, and I am worried she may have swallowed it. If she did swallow it, we do not know yet if it has caused injury. Thankfully, she did not choke, but I am deeply concerned these spoons may be made with defective silicone and pose a choking hazard. We stopped using them immediately. My daughter only has two teeth and was not using them as teethers so they should not deteriorate like this after such minimal use. I am seriously concerned about the safety of this product.
