I was scooping ice cream that was fairly soft when the spoon snapped right where the metal and the handle join. This resulted with my fingernail being bent back where it’s not supposed to bend! It bled and there is also a small pool of blood under the nail. My business is handmade jewelry and now I can’t even put pressure on that fingertip without pain, so making jewelry has come to a screeching halt right in the middle of a project costing me time and money.
