The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

The product, in the report: Tommee Tippee explora first weaning spoons product code 530100

I purchased the Tommee Tippee 1st weaning spoons about 3 months ago. I was cleaning them yesterday when I notice mold growing inside the handle of the spoon. There is a design flaw with the spoons that allow food and liquids to get between the rubber part of the handle and the hard colored part of the handle. However you can not clean there, causing the food to build up and turn to mold.
