The product, in the report: EKO Motion Sensor Trash Can

I have had nothing but trouble from the very beginning when I purchased this product. I can never get the trash bag out without a rip in the bag because it is poorly designed and have had to use TWO trash bags each time. The “collar” on the back which surrounds a hole, has NEVER stayed in place, and I have continually had to physically replace it. Today, on July 9, 2016, I was lifting the trash out of the bin and I was having difficulty, and the “collar” fell off and I didn’t realize it, and was struggling with getting the trash out and I cut myself pretty bad on the sharp edges.

I have been bleeding continuously for over two hours and am contemplating going to the doctor because it is so painful and will not stop! I went online to see if there were any other complaints and found I was NOT alone!!!!!!!!!! Anyone with the product should be AWARE, discontinue IMMEDIATE use, and be reimbursed! I have never seen a worse product in my life! I now I am painfully paying the price. This company has NO RIGHT to continue to sell this product! I bought this awhile ago, but still have the receipt as proof of purchase. All involved in this product line need to be warned!
