The product, in the report: Ginny’s Pressure Cooker, Model number Y—22-4-5(00) Red in color 5 quart Made in China, 04/2012, SA13337
On October 8, 2017, my husband decided to make oxtail soup for the family after church. He put the oxtail soup in a pressure cooker to cook. After about an 1 hour to 1 an a half hour he went to check on the soup and the lid malfunctioned and flew off and burned and exploded on him. My husband has second and third degree burns on his face, chest, arms and down his legs.
