The product, in the report: Emeril T-fal pressure cooker
An Emeril T-fal pressure cooker was being used to cook soup. After a loud bang it spewed the contents of the spot out and up. Soup was on the ceiling which is 15 feet + high. The person making the soup narrowly escaped injury. He received hot soup on his face and hands but removed it immediately. He does not appear to be injured. It appears that the pressure release valve waited far too long to function and relieve the growing pressure inside the cooker.
