The product, in the report: 14 letter pressure cooker,Belly shape, stainless steel,

I purchased a pressure cooker by name of BERLIN from Halal import market at Arlington Texas On 11/09/2024, while using the pressure cooker according to the manufacturers instructions, the safety mechanism failed, and the pressure cooker exploded. My wife was nearby at the time and was exposed to the explosion.

Fortunately, she did not sustain major injuries, but the incident was extremely dangerous and could have been life-threatening. The product caused damage to kitchen ceiling, painting and windows and surroundings

When I contacted the shop they refused to accept responsibility for the defective product. I am deeply concerned about the safety of this product and want to ensure others are not put at risk.
