The product, in the report: Solar panels

Vivint Solar company Installed solar panels on our roof in 2012.We have had issues with the solar panels since the onset which causes snow and ice to avalanche off the roof all at once and has caused property damage twice since the installation. With the likely possibility of future personal injuries. They have thus far failed to remedy this issue since 2012. We have had two property damage claims against the company.Which they have paid out. But regardless they refuse to address the issue of the hazard that the panels cause. I am respectfully asking your agency for your help in this matter.
