U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission 4330 East-West Highway Bethesda, MD 20814 RE: Xantrex GT Series Grid Tie Solar Inverters Due to Injury Hazard CPSC Recall Release # 11-099

My Xantrex GT Series Grid Tie Solar Inverter was gassing and out of service. I found out the subject model was recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The manufacturer has never notified us of this recall. I then contacted the manufacturer’s customer service center at solar support-emea@schneider-electric.com, for the phone number listed on the recall notice was no longer in service. They replied and said the recall was too old to be honored. Please advise a course of action for the manufacturer to honor this recall. Thank you.
