Had the shelf outlet model 00609 installed/plugged in on my regular outlet. Plugged hair dryer in, acted like it had a short. Wasnt hair dryer. Unscrewed outlet to find one plug had burn marks and was loose. Took outlet extender apart to find burnt control panel and smell of burnt plastic
