The product, in the report: 8 plug Surge protector with RF inputs
Woke up at 5am to a house full of the smell of burning plastic. Smoke was coming from behind the TV and I heard a pop. Investigated behind TV and saw the surge protector was on fire and had burnt a hole in our carpet and through power cords to the TV. Removed the surge protector and unplugged everything. Surge protector is totally melted and burnt out. Very easily could have been a major incident with total loss of the house possibly injury or death. We were lucky I woke up and smelt the fire.
