  1. No one hurt

Made Aug 6, 2025, sent to the company Aug 28, 2025, published by CPSC Aug 25, 2025

The product, in the report: Relocatable Power Tap , Model TS-372 manufactured by Photon Group LLC and sold at Walmart. It’s a black, 5 outlet (3 AC, 2 USB) power strip with a plastic housing.

The back of the power strip ripped off, exposing electrified rails. My hand (unknowingly) grabbed the exposed rails and I received a shock. Upon inspection, the plastic housing ripped around the screws holding the back plastic plate. I was attempting to reach behind a table and plug another device into the strip and couldn’t see the exposed rails.
