The product, in the report: 20 FT Flat Plug Surge Protector Power Strip,11 AC Outlets with 6 USB Ports JouleLoom 20 Feet Extension Cord with 11 Multiple Outlets&6 USB Ports (2 USB C),1250W/10A,One Touch Switch Button power strip
I was using a Jouleloom surge protector in my vendor booth in a large antique mall with 300 plus vendors booths and several people inside. I had one lamp and a cell phone charger plugged into the surge protector. I went to plug in a second lamp and the power to the first lamp went off. I unplugged the second lamp and pressed the reset button on the surge protector and it started sparking. I then unplugged everything but it continued sparking then burst into flames. It was less than 30 seconds between the when the sparks started and the flames. Luckily I was able to stomp out the fire, no one was hurt and there was only around $500 in damage. I checked the details of the surge protector on Amazon where I purchased it, it said the surge protector was ETL certified but there was no ETL symbol on it. There are also 20 other reviews reporting sparks or fire for the surge protector I purchased.
