The product, in the report: EyGde multi plug outlet extender, outlet splitter with rotating plug, wall adapter power strip surge protector. White in color and measures 5.25” L x 2” W x 2” D. There is no model number on the device but there is a model # P-03 and a ASIN # B08HV67YYP on the description on Amazon where I purchased them. Three-sided design with 6 three prong outlets and 4 USB ports.
Before using, I tested this multi plug outlet extender, power strip surge protector with an outlet socket tester and found that the hot and neutral wiring is reversed inside the unit. No injuries but this could pose a potential shock hazard.
