The product, in the report: BMK AC to DC Converter 10A 120W Car Cigarette Lighter Socket AC 110V to DC 12V Power Adapter with 2 USB Ports(5V/2.4A +QC3.0), AC Socket and LCD Screen
On 12/11/2022 I purchased “BMK AC to DC Converter 10A 120W Car Cigarette Lighter Socket AC 110V to DC 12V Power Adapter with 2 USB Ports(5V/2.4A +QC3.0), AC Socket and LCD Screen” from Amazon. I leave the item plugged in to the wall when not in use. Today I just happened to run my hand across the item and it was very hot to the touch and has a tan burn mark on the white plastic case. I immediately unplugged it from the wall. I did not have any items plugged in to the the charge ports or the built in 110 volt outlet. I believe if it would have been left unattended much longer it would have started a fire. The item has no UL or any other certification decals on the bottom. I have contacted the Amazon seller and awaiting an answer.
