The product, in the report: Addtam USB Wall Charger Surge Protector 5 Outlet Extender with 4 USB Charging Ports (1 USB C Outlet) 3 Sided 1800J Power Strip Multi Plug Outlets Wall Adapter Spaced for Home Travel Office ETL Listed
The usb-a cord I had plugged in to this surge protector with no other device plugged in to the other end, heated up extremely hot and melted the plastic around the other end of the cord. Burned my husbands hand and could have started a fire. My 7 year old son was in the room too.
