Hurt, no treatment Made Sep 10, 2014, sent to the company Sep 18, 2014, published by CPSC Oct 2, 2014
The product, in the report: Toddler bed, cherry wood finish manufactured by Dorel INC.
My toddler was playing in her room and my husband and I heard her crying, when he went in to check on her he found her trapped in the footboard of her toddler bed. she was able to slide her legs passed her knees thru the spaces of the footboard while laying on the foot of her bed. my husband tried to free her but after a couple of minutes called me in to help it took the both of us another 5min or so to get her out. her legs were red and sore from the struggle to free her and yesterday we noticed light bruising. i returned the bed to walmart and replaced it with a different brand. but wanted to report it as i believe it to be a safety issue.
