The product, in the report: Wheelie Easy-Up | Wheeled Garden Stool with Handles Relieve Pain Getting Up and Down | Gardening Work-Seat with Wheels for Elderly Seniors | Made in USA by Vertex | Model EX530
My elderly father was using the garden cart, which is marketed for elderly persons. He was sitting on the seat doing his gardening, as the cart was intended to be used, when the cart tipped backwards. My father fell and hit his head on the cement driveway. I contacted the manufacturer and was told “if you push or tip your weight backwards you can in fact tip over.” My father has balance issues, thus the need for the cart. The product is not safe for senior citizens and should not be marketed as an aid for the elderly. As an aside, reading the reviews, this has happened to other users. Injuries: Cut and lump on back of head Model: EX530 Product link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BN2MS9PS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
