The product, in the report: SONGMICS Office Stool Chair, Adjustable Height Sit Stand Stool, 360° Swivel Wobble Stool, for Office Home, Black UOSC01BK https://www.songmics.com/products/songmics-adjustable-height-ergonomic-standing-stool-uosc01?variant=43722094706937

I purchased a wobble stool from Songmics in August 2020. It wasn’t used much but was a great stool for working at my computer. About a month ago I noticed that the gasket making the wobble stable had completely disintegrated. This created an incredibly dangerous situation where I almost injured myself.

I reached out to customer service at Songmics asking if they had replacement parts or would address this in any way. Their reply: “Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a resolution as the issue does not fall under our limited warranty.” Yet on the Amazon page for the product they state “100% satisfaction: We provide customized and professional customer service before and after your purchase, so don’t wait any longer and enjoy it now.”

The reviews on Amazon reflect this product failure is a trending problem with these stools: [REDACTED]
