The product, in the report: Saloniture Professional Ergonomic Saddle Stool, Black - Adjustable Hydraulic Seat, Rolling Spa Salon, Massage, and Medical Office Chair with Swivel Wheels. Adjustable height. 18-24 inches.
I purchased stools for my salon. We use them to sit on when cutting or coloring clients hair. One day I was in the salon before ours because our ac broke therefor I had to bring my 3 year old with me. As I was walking away he leaned on the stool to make it roll and it rolled into me. The stool hit the back of my leg. What we never realized is how sharp the base of the leg is by the wheels. That part hit the back of my leg and cut through my leg through my Achilles tendon. I was on the ground immediately not even realizing what happened. Now I know its a freak accident but theres absolutely no reason for the metal to be that sharp on the stool. Also the stools roll around all the time it could happen to anyone and thank goodness it happened to me and not a client or one of my kids. Im still recovering. I tried reaching out to the company to let them know and no response. I would hate for it to happen to someone else.
