The product, in the report: Rhino Step Stool - black Kikkerland Design Inc. Model number ZZ10-BK Black fold out plastic step stool. Holds up to 300 lbs. Dimensions are 8.5in wide X 8.5in high X 11.25in long. UPC is 6 12615 05132 4 MADE IN CHINA Model ZZ10-BK

I used the 8.5 inch foldout plastic step stool from Kikkerland Design Inc. (Model number ZZ10-BK) to reach a ceiling register in my living room. I only needed the additional height that this step stool afforded me in order to tell whether or not the emergency heat was working. After 2 seconds of supporting my weight, the stool broke and collapsed. I went straight down with the collapsing stool. When my feet contacted the pieces of the stool that crumpled to the floor, I lost my balance and fell backward. My head hit the wall about 1 foot up from the floor, while my body continued downward flat to the floor. This cause hyperflexion of my neck in addition to a mild concussion. I will be recovering from this concussion probably for several more weeks.
