  1. Hurt, no treatment

Made Sep 22, 2017, sent to the company Jan 24, 2018, published by CPSC Feb 7, 2018

The product, in the report: Rollaround stool with pre-pneumatic seat is used in home and work shop as a stool for maintenance and other chores. This roll around stool with pre-pneumatic seat is imported by performance tool, PO Box 88259, Tulwal, WA 98138. Their item number for the rollaround seat is W85008.

Assembly required. ONE Bolt holds seat to Pneumatic seat post. NO detent or depression to assure ONE BOLT to keep holding of SEAT to Pneumatic seat post.

I Assembled as directed, picked up Roll Around Stool by seat, bolt did NOT tighten sufficiently to keep Metal Base from DROPPING ON TO USER’s FEET, CAUSING INJURY.

Defective threads on seat collar would not allow it to tighten onto Pneumatic Seat Post. This product is Dangerous. This product has a fatal DESIGN flaw. SEAT CAN FALL OFF PNEUMATIC POST CAUSING INJURY

    It should be recalled.
