The product, in the report: Northern Tool adjustable 29-33” swivel stool.
Seat detached from base sending a coworker backwards to the ground. Checking other similar stools in the work shop we found several others that were on the verge of doing the same. Looking at reviews on the website this appears to be a common issue.
