The product, in the report: Shower chairs
Caller is reporting incident with non slip swivel stool. He stated that the legs are supposed to snap into the swivel platform. however, after he followed the instructions and assembled the legs, he noticed that one of the legs was dislodged he snapped it into place again but it did not stay in place. The box label stated that it is equipped for 400lbs, but the instructions say 300 pounds.
Caller stated that he was fortunate not to have sat on it before the incident occurred. The manufacturer was not contacted because they are in China.
Caller feels that this product is a safety hazard.
