My daughter (21 months) climbed and fell out of her learning tower. It has shape cutouts that she quickly and easily used to climb over the top. She fell on our kitchen floor and hit her upper back. Thankfully she is okay but the shape cutouts are an absolute hazard. I was right next to her and using the product as described- I took my eyes off her for literally seconds.
