The product, in the report: Dream Duffle folding stool for dancers.

The stool is/was sold by Dream Duffle LLC. It’s a folding stool that slips into their rolling dance case. It’s intended for dancers to take the stool out and and use to sit on during costume changes, backstage, dressing areas or while waiting to dance...etc.

A ten year old girl was sitting on the stool and it completely collapsed beneath her. The stool is currently in several pieces. Luckily besides being shaken a bit, she was not seriously injured. A sudden falling to the floor like that I am fearful someone could be more seriously injured. I reached out to Dream Duffle and was told they haven’t sold that type stool for several years. There will still be some in use. I see them often at dance competitions. I purchased this one 2-3 years ago directly from Dream Duffle.

Dream Duffle doesn’t seem concerned, they stated that their items are guaranteed for a year and that I could purchase the new style. I haven’t don’t that yet, but am hopeful they have redesigned the stool. My concern is for people/kids who are still using the old design.
