The product, in the report: Swivel Counter Stool by Cramco, Inc
This is regarding stools that were sold as a table set by Value City Furniture. The stools have to serious issues. The first issue is the tendency to fall over especially when children of walking age try to hold on to them. The stools are top heavy and therefore fall over easily. The second issue is broken welds. Two stools out of a set of four have broken legs due to welds that have failed. The first leg broke with a guest sitting on the stool causing the guest to lose his balance and almost fall. The broken weld on the leg exposes jagged metal/slag which could penetrate the skin of someone who falls when the weld breaks. Since the original incident a leg on a second stool has failed. This set is used by two adults and receives light use. The furniture was purchased in March of 2013.
