The product, in the report: It is a king sized bed frame with three support slats
Purchased a bed frame through Wayfair specifically the “Mariners Standard Bed” in king size. Original purchase was in August of this year with a delivery date of 8/31/2025. One of the support legs holding the middle slat collapsed almost causing significant injury and potential death to one of my cats who rests under the bed occasionally. I immediately contacted Wayfair and was presented with the option to receive replacement parts (Slat, support leg, and install parts). I accepted these terms and my replacement parts were delivered on 12/08/2025. Since then the same exact issue occurred AGAIN on 12/27/2025 showing a defect in manufacturing quality control. Wayfair now states they cannot provide additional support outside the 30 day purchase window even though my replacement parts were outside of that required window and the replacements failed in under 30 days. I am now told to properly dispose of the product if needed. Spent a significant amount of money and stress on this product and I feel unsafe in my home with it and my cats.
