The product, in the report: Japanese Tatami King Size Bed Frame
Hello,
I purchased a bed frame from the business stated above, and had a very traumatic unfortunate event happen this week. This company also advertises premium products and they are sold at a premium price. The bed due to its poor construction collapsed underneath my husband and i in the middle of the night. This resulted in a dangerous situation wear the mattress caved into the center, making it very difficult to get out and not be trapped. It seems that the business also scrubs all negative reviews after further research, there have been multiple claims about their products poor construction on [REDACTED] and other threads. I am lucky that i was not alone, this could have been fatal to a child or someone elderly, it is a matter of time before they seriously injure someone.
I attempted to reach out to them to give them the opportunity to refund me and apologize, but they refuse to do either of those things. They responded to me letting me know “furniture is not indestructible” and that they would only replace parts broke. Not sure who in their right mind would ever want to use their products again.
