Spring Air mattress was recommended to us. So, we received the bed as a gift. 2,3 days the bed worked the way it was supposed. 4th day. It got stuck on the Up possition” at the headboard. I would like to know where I can obtain a new “remote control” since this situation is causing a lot of pain to my husband by not being able to move the bed. [REDACTED]
