Made Dec 17, 2013, sent to the company Jan 17, 2014, published by CPSC Feb 4, 2014

The product, in the report: Bedding

Caller stated that she converted the crib to the full size bed using the conversion kit. After her spouse laid on the bed with their 2 yr old, the mattress support on the right side of the bed broke. The bed is now unable to use and she has no place for him sleep.

12/4/13 The manufacturer was contacted and she was advised that she would be sent a refund for her to purchase a bed or they could send a replacement. However, she feels that the quality inferior and would not like it to be replaced. She also would not be able to find a matching bed for the set which she purchase for $2700.

She feels that this a safety issue which could have caused injury and the company should be held responsible for making inferior quality products.
