  1. Hurt, no treatment

Made Feb 28, 2012, sent to the company Mar 7, 2012, published by CPSC Mar 28, 2012

The product, in the report: full size bed to include headboard, foot board, side rails, and supporting hardware.

I ordered a full sized bed for my two year old daughter from rooms to go kids. The bed was delivered and was supposed to be installed properly but was not. the rails connecting the side rails were not secured to the side rails with hardware. When I attempted to get on the bed later that night the bed collapsed causing injury to myself. This was due to untrained and unsupervised delivery men installing furniture designed for use by children.
