The product, in the report: Ashley Porter King Panel Footboard and head board ASH B697-56 and 58 Sales order invoice [REDACTED]

I purchased from the Regency Furniture Store in Falls Church Virgina the ASH B697-31 King Bed Room Set for $3,152.99. The furniture arrived on June 14, 2019, I noticed an odor and after a week the odor stayed, it smell like lacquer. I paid for a warranty, so I contacted the store. It took them two weeks to send someone to my home. The guy from the Warranty service for Regency Furniture stated it smelled like lacquer to him. I called Regency furniture several times and asked that they replace for furniture because my husband and I were not able to sleep in the room, they refused. Finally I told them I was going to report them to CPSC, and the I splke with [REDACTED] the manager who did not want to replace and finally he did replace the bedroom set. His assistant [REDACTED] kept giving me the run around when I called. It was one month before Regency Furniture replaced the bedroom set. The odor was so strong that it made my husband and I cough and feel like we were choking. The phone number for Regency Furniture is 301-782-3800. They refused to tell me where the furniture was made.
