The product, in the report: Nectar brand foundation, for a King sized mattress

I purchased a Nectar bed (including mattress and foundation) a few years ago. The Nectar advertises a lifetime guarantee. About 4 nights ago, around [REDACTED], while my wife and I were sleeping, the foundation randomly gave out. Not only did this startle the two of us, but I ended up rolling off my side of the bed and swiftly to the floor. My right shoulder and hip are sore but I have not yet sought medical attention for this. After checking out the broken side of the bed foundation, it appears that the welded part of the metal framework had broken. The mattress has been fine, but this is the second time weve had issues with the foundation. Unfortunately, this time it resulted in mild injury. I contacted Nectar and I was told I was slightly outside of the 3 year warranty window for the foundation. Now I am bed-less and in pain from the accident.

The product, in the report: Queen Size Nectar Mattress Foundation (https://www.nectarsleep.com/mattress-foundation). 60 inch width, 80 inch length, 15 inch height

I purchased a Nectar Mattress Foundation bedframe on 9/20/2020 and had been using it over the past 11 months. About a week ago, I heard a loud crack and then another one today (8/8/21). Upon investigating the bedframe, the wood had split causing a clear significant safety hazard. This was after only normal as anticipated usage.
