The product, in the report: Maurice Full Loft Bed Metal bunk bed Model Maurice Full Loft Bec

To Whom it May Concern, I have informed the manufacturer of my son’s bed of a major safety concern. They haven’t responded and I don’t know what to do. It’s falling apart and could collapse at any moment. The entire bedroom is rendered off-limits as this could cause serious injury if on or underneath this bunk bed.

This is the email I sent to the manufacturer:

From:[REDACTED][REDACTED] To: service@walkeredison.com Subject: Urgent Safety Concern!

To Whom it May Concern, Hello, I am a very concerned mother as I have recently discovered my son’s bed, purchased through a WayFair but manufactured by this company, Walker Edison, has become major safety hazard. It is falling apart at the seams and could collapse any moment. The welding is coming undone as pictured and is progressively deteriorating. My son is well within the weight limit. The bed has been cared for properly and not jumped on or treated in any way that would warrant such deterioration. I am constantly having to stop my children from entering the room as I fear it may collapse any moment. I understand that it is beyond the manufacturer warranty however, if I would’ve known that this bed would pose such a safety risk within such a short period of time I wouldn’t have purchased it with such confidence. I think that a recall should be considered on this model. Please somebody respond at your earliest convenience. Thank you so much in advance for your time and assistance, have a very blessed day!
