The product, in the report: Mattress Firm 300 Adjustable Base PressureSmart Firm Matt King Prime 300 Adjustable Base Prime Model V000229900

I went to turn around to watch TV & the bed went down & my left cheek & eye area hit the wooden headboard I had behind the bed for security from the street. It hit so fast & so hard until I still have a hard knot/scar on my cheek that still gives me pain & concern. I bled because I am also on blood thinners. I have been given nothing but the runaround from Mattress Firm. I have been to Medical Professionals following the incident. Thus far, nothing major noted. I have NEVER had scars on my body (right arm exception) let alone my face. I am NOT happy with this company or product. I would like to file a Class Action Suit to keep anyone else from experiencing an injury(s).
