06-13-17. I bought a mattress, box spring and bed frame from Sears at [REDACTED]. 06-21-17 These items were delivered by Sears delivery (3 men). The bed frames is what is defective and hazardous. Sharp jagged metal sticking out from the frame at foot level- about 4” above floor-injured my foot 06-22-17, also, no brakes on casters caused bed to roll out from under me. I wrote to Sears 07/15/17 and 08/18/17 and 09/10/17 complaining and asking for compensation but it was not granted yet.
