Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Eastern King, 9 foot high dark gray wingback heavy tufted headboard and siderails

We ordered a bed from Lotus Home on 4-30-2012 when it came into our home the TOXIC chemical smells made our entire family and small pet very ill. [redacted] the manager took the bed back with promise of a new fresh bed which now he refuses to do since another item arrived since the bed removal, a dining booth that is in my home and the sizes are altered from the signed contact. He has been trying to sell the reported toxic bed in the showroom since it’s removal. we have many new custom pieces since in our home and none had that heavy toxic smell and non have been removed. he has our money and the bed and has texted me to never contact him again. we went to the store and begged for a resolution but he refused to do anything about the bed nor the booth.
