The product, in the report: It’s listed on the receipt as ELITE BASE 66P 8W WALL HUGGER K BASE (M755)|20 We bought it from Big Sandy Superstore. Ours is a king size, this is the closest I found on their website: https://www.bigsandysuperstore.com/product/ipowr-m755-queen-elite-adjustable-base-m755qq-20-1432289 But ours is a king. It has 2 USB, and 1 USB-C port on each side. Big Sandy Superstore salesman said it was the store brand, but the remote says ipowr For the serial number, the picture I had of the serial number was on my old phone and I’m not home. I used the ID column from my receipt, if that is not the serial number, I can get the serial number - just reach out
We bought an adjustable base for a bed in October 2025. It stopped being able to adjust on December 31. Went through troubleshooting steps in manual, couldn’t find anything, called store and they can’t have someone look at it for a couple weeks. The bed has USB ports on the side for convenience charging. We left USB cables plugged in, and I plugged my phone in to charge, my phone bricked up. I did troubleshooting on my phone and ended up buying a new phone because it was beyond repair. I did not realize the bed caused my phone to malfunction. On 1/1/2026 we came into the bedroom and it smelled like an electrical fire. We sniffed around till we found the 2 USB cables plugged into the bed we’re extremely hot. When unplugged, we smelled the fire in the ports.
Throughout the 2 months we’ve had this bed, we’ve had a few charging cables go bad, as well as my phone has previously notified me saying the charging port no longer detects water as it is unplugged from the bed chargers. I’m realizing this was probably from faulty wiring in the bed.
